Wii Vs Gamecube, Which was more Revolutionary

Now, for most people, when they see the title, they’ll think The Wii of course. They’ll say The gamecube wasn’t Revolutionary, just another system.

But what if we look at the term Revolutionary in the terms of new game ideas??? Then who wins?

1st game for the gamecube- Pikmin and Pikmin 2.
Oh look, an original, good new series for the Gamecube. The pikmin series is incredibly fun, and was definitly a hit for Nintendo.

Now let’s look at Zelda Wind Waker. Whats Revolutionary about this you ask? The style. At first, many people Criticized the cartoonish graphics. But it ended up being one of the best Zelda games ever. (They all are, actually)

Now lets look at metroid Prime, it took a long standing series and Revolutionized it.
And don’t forget animal crossing, another game for the gamecube.

So was the Gamecube more Revolutionary then the Wii. For the moment, i say it is. But let’s wait a few more years for the verdict.

Review:Lego Star wars

Lego Star Wars is one of the best games ever. It really is. The complete Saga, which you can get for any platform, features 36 fun levels. After you beat the main game however, you can go back and play free play. In this mode, you can choose any character, and unlock Mini-kits, special power ups, and more. Also, the puzzles in the game can be really though provoking. While the game never gets Really Hard, some puzzles are hard to figure out. With over 100 playable characters from the Star Wars Universe, this game is a must have. Also, The co-op play makes it even funner, as any lecel can be played with a friend at any time.

Score- 9.8/10

Also, The highly awaited game The Conduit comes out today.

Today, we shall look at some interesting numbers, if you could call them interesting.

1/3 + 2/3=3/3, which is indisputable. Also 3/3 = 1, also indisputable.

But lets look at this. 1/3 = .333…( The ellipse means it goes on Forever), and 2/3=.666…

So when we add the numbers, we get .999…

Wait!!!!!! .999… Does not equal 1!!!!!

Review: Super Mario Galaxy

Super Mario Galaxy for the Nintendo wii is a great game. You obviously play as Mario, and of course, you must rescue princess Peach, again. But this time, The difference is in your in space. You go from system to system, planet to planet, playing through the levels. Since the planets are mostly round, it can be difficult to get used to the camera angles sometimes, though they are done quite well.

Throughout the game, you must collect 120 stars. There are many bonus levels, and the game has tremendous replay value. But some of the later levels can be extremely challenging, but for the main game it is a good difficulty. Also, some of the bosses can be very challenging.

Overall, it is a fun, long lasting game that anyone can enjoy.

Review: Star Wars: The Clone Wars: No Prisoners

Star Wars: The Clone Wars: No Prisoners, a book by Karen Traviss, has recently been released. The book is about Ahsoka, Anakins padawan, and the clones. On a planet in the outer rim, a Republic spy, Hallena, gets captured. Gilad Pellaeon, the captain iclosest to the planet, is tasked with saving her. What he doesn’t know is that the spy is his girlfriend. Ahsoko, Captian Rex, and the other clones volunteer to save her. But luckily, Djinn Altis comes in with help. Djinn Altis is a Jedi, only not part of the Jedi order. He leads a rouge Jedi operation, and has different rules then the order. He believes that attachment is fine for Jedi. Because of this, Djinn Altis and his men and Ahsoka argue a lot about what it means to be a Jedi.

This book main theme is what it takes to be a Jedi, and weather Attachment is good. It introduces different Sects of Jedi, and shows how the Republic is falling apart from the inside. Also, the book further portrays the characters of the Clone’s, making them seem like individuals, and setting them apart from droids.

The few problems i had were a slow start to the book, and no central villain. It also lacked many main characters, like Obi-wan and Yoda.
